Joel Suskin
Joel joined TLM in 2014. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for the oversight of all operations and all departments within the company. These include leasing, property management, risk management, accounting, human resource and IT.
Joel is the main point of contact for all capital market activities. This includes securing loans for all investments as well as day to day interaction with existing lenders and investors.
Prior to joining TLM, Joel spent over 30 years with other prominent Real Estate organizations. These have included tenure with Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp (www.aacrealty.com) where he was the CFO for 8 years. He also was the CFO for Blumenfeld Development Group (www.bdg.net) and an Asset Manager for Enterprise Asset Management. Early in his career, he spent 7 years at Reliance Group Holdings working for Henry Lamberts Reliance Development Group. Mr Suskin grew up in the Bronx, NY where he graduated from the Bronx High School of Science. He subsequently received an MBA from the NYU Leonard Stern School of Business, and also earned a BS from the University of Hartford.
